September 9, 2020 - While Alectra Utilities continues to monitor the coronavirus (Covid-19), it is important to know that Alectra has still not completely returned to normal operations. Our number one priority remains the safety of our customers, staff and contractors as we perform all daily functions.
Many staff are still working at remote locations to minimize direction interaction with others and we have strict protocol for PPE based on the environment. Alectra still has a significant number of requests that were delayed throughout the summer months.
As we work through the backlog there will likely be delays in responding to new applications for the immediate future. We understand the importance of your requests and we are working in a chronological manner to book work while giving special attention to any concerns regarding safety and new occupancies.
